A single workspace to track, analyse and organise your training long-term.
- The Logbook
-
Calendar-based logging for every session. Sets, reps, weight, tempo, RPE and
bodyweight, plus calories, protein and water, all editable, all stored by day.
- The Archive
-
Analytics across your whole training history. Progression, volume and estimated
1RM over weeks or years, plus muscle balance, plateau watch, Wrapped, to-scale
timelines, collages and export.
- The Workshop
-
Write, store and schedule programs. Build your own mesocycles, fill working
weights from a training max, then drag the whole block onto the calendar.
- Circles v1.1
-
Not in the first release. A social space for the lifters you
actually care about: PRs, sessions and the data behind them, plus group chats
and forums. Your community, not clout-chasing algorithmic noise. It arrives in
v1.1, free update, and nothing you pay for at launch is buying it. Free accounts get it
too, for text and emoji; putting your own photographs and clips up needs the
cloud storage that comes with Deluxe.
- Spotter desktop
-
An in-app AI that can read your training and answer questions about it, log
lifts, build graphs and bulk-import old spreadsheets. Every change it wants to
make is staged for you to review before it touches your data. At launch it runs
on the desktop app only, on a model on your own machine. There is no Spotter on
the phone: a model small enough to run on one is not worth shipping. The hosted
version, on the web and the phone, comes with Circles in v1.1.
- Profile
-
Your lifts, PRs and stats, with per-field control over what's public. Post to
your wall straight from a session you've logged.
- The Panel
-
Themes, wallpapers, colour roles, desktop widgets and screen effects. Tune the
Nexus until it matches your vibe and your training philosophy. The free app
ships one minimalist theme with a light mode and a dark mode; the rest of the
Panel is Deluxe.
